📦 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With all tags and original packaging intact

🧵 Custom Orders

Custom-made outfits are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

📬 How to Start a Return

Email us at info@americansoutfit.com before sending anything back. Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide the return shipping address.

💸 Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. We’ll notify you once it’s processed.

🚚 Return Shipping

We cover the return shipping costs. However, original delivery charges are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost. Please email us with photos of the issue and we’ll take care of it promptly.
